Lullaby 

I've seen too many Greta memes because her new sprite looks like she is ready to beat someone to a pulp without batting an eye.

I think it would be great if the apartment got a full renovation much like the hotel exterior did. It could include important upgrades and would include Asterion renovating his room to match his new equal status. That way they still have their own private spaces. Would make for a cool "MC R&D project".

Also while his room might be small it might be the way he likes it. Asterion mentions that most people do not share his definition of cozy when visiting the first iteration of the hotel. If he did renovate his room I wonder what he would change? 

It's been awhile but I got the vibe that Asterion comes out of his shell more when drunk or doing physical activities. So it would be interesting to see how everyone reacts to just how strong he actually is. (Who would even be a match for him, possibly Khenbish?)

 If this happens after MC and Asterions private wrestling match the outcome of that could be mentioned as well. (Maybe MC brags about being the only one to win a match against Asterion, which could lead to Asterion taking you more seriously before absolutely crushing you in the rematch.)

Not matches but some more thoughts:

-MC... has to use trickery against everyone but Nikos, Storm, and Asterion. Everyone else would have more experience or more strength. (I had a good laugh thinking about how during the drinking game if MC drank to Themba's question he could use that to surprise him and get the upper hand.) If MC beat Asterion during the private match then it would be interesting if it effected the possible outcomes. (Such as only beating Storm if he already discovered how to use Asterion's weight against himself.)

-Luke... he's a vet so he knows how to fight but I feel like he would be over confident and forget that Khenbish has done wrestling tournaments. Also Khenbish would be using it as an opportunity to payback for all the h o r n y.

-Kota... I feel like he would either flat out refuse to wrestle Luke or immediately grab him and suplex him just because he can. (I also feel like he would be very nimble and hard to trip up since he was a river god??).

-Storm... I feel like he would have strength but not really know how to use it, or he would be afraid of hurting people because he baby.

-Themba... he big (but how strong is he?) so unless he has the same weakness as Asterion I can only see Kota/Robert/Asterion giving him any challenge. 

-Khenbish... it's ya boys time to shine, but will luck be on his side for once?

-Kobalts... they fight together as a unit (3 Kobalts in a trench-coat? ) hijinks ensue. 

-Robert... how much wrestling experience would a demon lawyer have? I have no idea but either it's very little or a lot. I kinda want to lean on very little since he seem's to be pretty self confident overall and it would be interesting so see him outside his comfort zone.

-Wolf.. tries to join and hijinks ensue. 

-Nikos... he has no feet therefore all his matches are ARM WRESTLING matches. Of which he would do surprisingly well in.

-Asterion... he knows the Cthonic fighting style and dominates. Kota/Khenbish are the only ones who put up a fight. Asterion would give Storm a lot of advice during their match.

As for actual wrestling matches some ones I personally would like to see (and how I feel they would go but that's just me):

-Kota vs Luke: If they are on good standing Kota immediately suplexes Luke after he teases him. Just because he can. (Luke loved every moment of it.)

-Robert vs P: Much to the surprise of everyone Robert has no idea how to wrestle. P's sight and training allows him to easily trip up Robert and win.

-Kobalts vs Wolf: Neither take things very seriously and it ends in the absolute destruction of a perfectly good trench-coat. They retire after this.

-Themba vs Nikos: Time for some arm wrestling! Themba completely underestimates Nikos and quickly finds his arm pined by Nikes. (much to everyone's surprise).

-Storm vs Themba: Brick wall Themba easily resists the strength of Storm and wins. It reminds Themba of when he played with Asterion as a kid but reversed.

-Storm vs MC: If you won against Asterion and teased Luke about it after fixing the computer translation he warns Storm that he has no chance since MC has beaten Asterion.  The wrestling match could play out similarly but with Luke's warning Storm might be able to predict how MC might trip him up.

-Kota vs Khenbish: It ends up being a very formal contest of strength and mutual respect. (Honestly this one because it would be interesting to see the outcome of two people taking things very seriously).

-MC vs Asterion: Rematch of century... or not. Asterion, being confident around the MC would try and copy Kota. This either leads to him getting his horns stuck in the floor and losing (MC lost the first match deep beneath the hotel) or Asterion actually suplexes the MC knocking him unconscious accidentally. (MC won the first match).

Bonus:

-Luke vs P: Luke tries being h o r n y with P which leads to P promptly kicking Luke in the balls. Storm can be seen in the background holding his crotch and wincing. 

I think they are able to come in because they are not part of the 12 of Olympus + Hades/Hestia. 

If it was any god prevented from entering then Kota would not have been able to enter, right?

Once you get the research and materials you will get a prompt to select a project to complete, or to keep going for a more expensive one.

I think Asterion does, the only one that I really remember is when comforting emaciated Asterion during his breakdown he takes in your scent.

Funny enough the sister scene to the laundry one has Asterion joking about kissing your feet.

I wonder if there is a correlation between the scene where the master jokes about Asterion doing indecent things with his laundry (and Asterion is embarrassed) , your flip flop being missing before watching the movie with Kota, and the drinking game where Asterion is conveniently absent during Roberts question.

My jaw dropped when I saw this on twitter, its amazing.

Luke has to be unassigned to do his route.

Same days you don't get a choice.

I was already surprised at how gory it got, really glad it was not worse.

Don't forget about the labrys, it is also secreting the mixture of blood and ichor.

I think one of the tablets (17) mentions that this was not originally the case, and that only after the labrys was used on Tithonus did it secrete the black ichor, and later blood red after being used on Asterion.

The labrys that we find locked up might be secreting the blood of Asterion (or Asterions mortal blood mixed with Tithonus ichor) and as it dries it forms the ever expanding obsidian we find behind Hermes basin. It has to be going somewhere. It would also play into Asterion thinking of himself of himself poorly till further into the good route. 

I think they hint at this multiple times, such as during the conversation with Robert about if Hades (the realm) still exists, and during the conversation with Hermes when Asterion is worried about Hades and Hermes tells him Hades is fine. Hades and his realm remains stable because of the undying population that will still worship him and the other gods of the realm.

It might not only be based on belief/worship but might also take info account nature and technology. Wherever technology goes magic wanes and (in the case of Kota) when their home is contaminated they lose their powers/strength.

It makes me wonder if Hermes condition is a direct result of the MC bringing the internet to the hotel. The hotel is a realm Hermes oversees and it would make sense that while the MC drives out more of the magic it would cause Hermes rapid decay.

I actually kinda like the idea of the naive MC sobering up to the reality of their actions and getting some redemption from it.

So I started a new game to run through the neutral route to see what all might be different.

I picked the arts background and sent Asterion out during the first meeting with Argos and then continues being nice to Asterion.

There was new dialog up till the armband ceremony, after going with it the route changed into the romance route despite having sent Asterion into the valley. The game makes references to things that did not happen (such as the hug before lyre concert, and the cutlery fiasco). I think that the references happen before the armband ceremony but I did not really notice.

A good example for the reference is Chapter 16 after the Hades courtroom scene Asterion thinks "He thinks back to that velvety night, just before playing the lyre in the lounge, and the hug they shared." MC prayed with Asterion but there was no hug.

Is this a bug in a sense that I should not be able to reach the romance route this way, or just overlooked dialog? 

The memes are not a speedrunner thing, all the backgrounds can see them. 

Currently on chapter 15 of one of many playthroughs and I realized something.

The entire introduction of Jean (Hermes) and Robert to the MC might have been staged. We learn later on that Robert can see the composition of souls so unless Hermes could disguise his immortal soul Robert had to know right away what Jean was when he picked him up.

A personal head cannon of mine is that Hera's gift is the MC themselves for the good route, with Aries countering it by instilling madness in MC for the ruthless route.

If the in-game date hits October giving him (and other staff?) Halloween costumes would be cute.

Love the Hinterlands btw, might be my favorite part of the game at the moment. :)

After this scene Asterion mentions that it scar on his neck is gone too (the ring of fire around his neck being broken).

Since Asterion was killed using the labrys that can cut the threads of fate does that mean Asterions thread of fate has been restored?
